About Come eat at The Chili Dog! Story We are a small family owned business nestled in the beautiful town of Ellijay, GA! The original Chili Dog was started in 1969, and this little building has seen quite a few owners over it's 43 years. The business was bought by Jason and Jennie Ayers in August 2012 and officially re-opened as The Chili Dog on September 5, 2012. We offer only fresh hand-pattied beef for our burgers, all beef hotdogs with no artificial fillers, colors, or flavors, and homemade biscuits every morning. It is our goal to provide the people who live in and visit Ellijay an amazing place to eat that offers a superb product, reasonable prices, a fun atmosphere and friendly faces! Come try a homemade biscuit in the morning or have a dog or burger at lunch, our address is 962 Industrial Boulevard, Ellijay, GA. We are located approximately 1/4 mile from Hardee's on Industrial Boulevard.
