About Pecos Flavors Winery is a great Local Roswell hangout. You can come in and enjoy great wine and beer from New Mexico. Yes New Mexico has wonderful wine. The winery has a large selection of gourmet food items including a wide range of NM foods. Story Pecos Flavors Winery + Bistro operates two small vineyards in Chaves County. We primarily grow Cabernet, Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. All of our wines are available for tasting daily. We love New Mexico and want to share all of its great wines with you. We exclusively only sell New Mexico Wines and New Mexico beers.
