About Houston's Largest Waterpark! The park that gives you MORE! Story Wet’n’Wild SplashTown is Houston’s largest water park featuring 41 slides, rides and attractions, the most rides and attractions of any water park in the city. Wet'n'Wild SplashTown opened in 1994, and is located off Interstate 45 in Spring, Texas. The water park provides Greater Houston residents with family-friendly entertainment all summer long, along with a variety of food and drink options for all ages. In 2014, the 80-acre water park underwent a multi-million-dollar transformation including the addition of three new attractions: FlowRider, Big Kahuna and Wet'n'Wild Jr. This season, the park will open its newest ride, Alien Chaser.
