About Whidbey Island Music Instruction (aka WIMI) is a diverse group of experienced musicians providing private music instruction to the Whidbey Island community Story WIMI is a new business in downtown Langley. It is a place where anyone can go to learn a musical instrument. The teachers; Levi Burkle, James Hinkley and David Licastro, are very experienced and knowledgeable about music and are passionate about teaching.
