Story Here at Sunrise, we believe that like crafting quality food and bread, running a family business is about creating traditions and moments to be treasured. No celebration is complete without your favorite treats. Whether it is potica at Christmas, donuts dunked in coffee or fresh baked bread for breakfast, we strive to bring you the best baked goods for each of life's moments. One-hundred plus years ago, Giuliio Forti left Rome and ventured to Hibbing, MN, and started baking his famous Italian bread. He toiled to build a beautiful life for his family and his his community. And, one-hundred years later, we are still here baking that same bread. His vision continues to be our vision: to work hard and with others to build something beautiful.
