About The mission of the Blackfoot Charter Community Learning Center is to know each student well enough to challenge and meet their educational needs. Story BCCLC is a FREE Public Charter School for Grades Kindergarten-8th. Offering 4 day a week classes, all day Kindergarten, Spanish language for all grades, small class sizes and small group learning. Our lottery applications for enrollment run from January 1-March 16th. Application is here on Facebook and our website. Mission The mission of the Blackfoot Charter Community Learning Center is to know each student well enough to challenge and meet their individual academic and developmental needs. This is accomplished through a goal-driven environment that includes multi-grade classrooms, small groups, interactive technology, and brain based learning. These are supported by a high level of teacher collaboration and professional development.
