About Relaxation Story When Sonia Lucas opened the first Mellow Me Out in 2000, it was in a cramped, 1,000-square-foot studio with a broom closet for a break room and no washer or dryer. Since those humble beginnings, Mellow Me Out has grown to encompass a luxurious, fully equipped spa at a downtown location hemmed into a business high-rise and a new, larger location on Arden Way and Watt Avenue.
