About The statement of purpose this organization will be help and support international students of Texas A&M University-Texarkana and Texarkana College as well. Story The Texas A&M University-Texarkana International Studies Office (ISO) seeks to provide global, international experiences for A&M-Texarkana students and faculty by offering opportunities for student exchange and study abroad programs, faculty exchange and collaborative research, and increased partnerships with international institutions. It seeks to continue to maintain A&M-Texarkana’s competitive role in meeting student participation and success goals via a culturally, politically, and ethnically diverse student body. In doing so, one of the main goals of the ISO is to increase the number of international students at A&M-Texarkana. We strive to create an environment that enhances the academic experience of international students and scholars by providing them with guidance and support, advocacy and programming to the A&M-Texarkana campus community.
