About The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA is Louisiana's preferred provider of entrepreneurial and small business assistance. Story The LSBDC at Southeastern is a partnership program funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration under Cooperative Agreement Number 1-603001-Z-0019-27, the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, and Southeastern Louisiana University. The support by the U.S. Small Business Administration through such funding does not constitute an expressed or implied endorsement of the co-sponsors’ or participants’ opinions, products, or services.
