About We take care of your pets needs from annual vaccinations to emergencies. Story Dr. Casey S. Wittwer graduated from Dixie State University in 2001 with his Associate of Arts then continued onto Utah State to achieve his Bachlor of Science. He was then accepted into the Veterinary program at Washington State University and graduated in 2007. Dr. Wittwer has been an associate veterinarian for the past 4 years in Las Vegas, Nevada. He and his family are now back home in Washington County, Utah and excited to own their own practice.
