Story We are an artisan bread bakery, using the bakers art, time, untreated flour, pure water and other wholesome ingredients to hand -make French & Italian breads and rolls of character. Our breads develop their flavor and crusts from long fermentation and the steamy interiors of our French stone hearth ovens. Our bread contains no preservatives ,enzymes or artificial trans-fats. We also distribute fine pastries and NY bagels.
