Story We are a full-fledged medium-size “neighborhood” supermarket company formed in 1996 with the purpose of serving the growing Hispanic and ethnic population of the Boston metropolitan area and other New England communities. We are currently operating in Chelsea, Lynn and Providence. • The Chelsea store,153 Hawthorne St, Chelsea is located in the heart of Chelsea in Bellingham Square near City Hall. We cater primarily to the growing Latino population of Central American natives (primarily from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala) residing in Chelsea. This store opened in October 1996. • The Lynn store, 2A Adams St. Extension, Lynn is a bigger market (with over 12,000 square feet of floor space), located behind Lynn English High School. We cater primarily to natives from Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Haiti, and Cambodia residing in Lynn. This store opened in April 2005.
