About Independently-owned pharmacy with a small-town feel. Story Broadway Pharmacy is locally-owned and operated by David L. Worsham, Registered Pharmacist. We opened on August 29, 2005 and have enjoyed success serving Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, Monte Vista, and other "cities within the city" of San Antonio. We compound medications, and fill "regular" prescriptions as well. We accept most major insurance plans, including Tricare and Medicare Part D. We deliver in the 78209 and 78212 zip codes for a fee of $5.00 to homes and no charge for delivery to nursing homes and certain retirement communities.
