About It was in 2004 when Albert realized his dream and opened his first taco shop. This 400 square foot space was located on Washington in El Cajon, Ca. Story Home of "The Big Rolled Tacos", our menu consists of Breakfast Plates, Breakfast Burritos, Signature Burritos, Chimichangas, Tacos, Tortas, Tostadas, Quesadillas, Combination Plates, Soups, Salads, Healthy Lettuce Wraps, Kids Meals, Fountain Drinks, Domestic and Import Beer, Bloody Mary's and MUCH more! Along with our traditional mexican food, we have implemented many healthy choice options: including our Signature Lettuce Wraps, Black Beans, optional Whole Wheat Tortillas and Grilled White Meat Chicken. All of our menu items are made to order with the freshest ingredients and cooked in 0% Trans Fat Oils The Cantina in El Cajon is now open with a full menu and ice cold beer from San Diego's Local Breweries, wine and spirits!!
