Roofing Materials and Services Everlasting Roofing offers roof replacements, roof repairs, and roofing components for both residential and commercial property. We help you select the right roofing materials for your project. Points of consideration are style, color, performance requirements, and warranty. Products We use only quality products from the best manufacturers using advanced material technology and integrated roofing systems to protect you home or business. For both commercial and residential properties, we install many roof types and roof products: •Shingle •Slate •Copper •Metal •Flat Roofs - EPDM, TPO, PVC, self adhered SBS, and lock seam metal soldered. •Steep Slope Roofs - Standing seam metal panels, architectural metal panels, slate, tile, shakes, lamarite, and all asphalt shingles. •Gutters - Commercial box and residential box gutters, 1/2 round, "K" style, aluminum, copper, steel, soldered, rubber liner; size and style to fit the project needed. •Miscellaneous Services - Includes roof hatches, a/c curbs, skylights, snow guards, exhaust fans, gutter screens, gutter clean out, chimney caps, cupola, fascia, soffit, and more.
