About Authentic Nantucket BBQ! Opened in 2014, come join Fred & Denise as they bring old and new BBQ and drink styles to Nantucket Story Authentic Nantucket Style BBQ, Craft Beer, Bourbon and Sports. That’s the New B-ACK Yard BBQ restaurant on Straight Wharf in Nantucket. Former Brant Point Grill Executive Chef Fred Bisaillon and his girlfriend Denise Corson, (former Tobey’s manager and longtime veteran of the island bar and restaurant scene) are behind B-ACK Yard BBQ, whose menu will include different ’cue styles from around the country, along with a selection of Kentucky Bourbons, Tennessee whiskeys and craft beer.
