About The Museum is an educational entity to honor the forgotten hero's and to give credit to hundreds of thousands of african american soldiers who gave their life to make America great. "They're actions were famous yet they never knew fame" Mission The 9th and 10th Horse Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers Museum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The museum's mission is to educate, preserve, and present the history and outstanding contributions of America's Buffalo Soldiers from 1866-1944 and this includes WWII 1941-1945. corporation. The mission is achieved through educational programs, historic research, youth outreach programs and exhibits.
