Story MIMPC is a general medical practice with an online urgent care. We specialize in chronic disease screenings, health evaluations and treatment of chronic and acute non-emergent ailments in adults age 18 and older. We are certified to evaluate commercial drivers requiring a FMCSA DOT and DMV physical evaluations. We are civil surgeons and, therefore, qualified to conduct the USCIS Immigration Medical Evaluation. The Department of Social Services and the Department of Rehabilitation for state of California recognizes MIMPC as a certified location for both disability and Independent Medical Evaluations (IME). We also conduct other health evaluations such as pre-employment physicals, pre-surgical evaluations, sports physicals and more. Candidates for medical marijuana can also be evaluated online at www.mcaregreen.care. Anyone can book their own appointment online for either an online medical evaluation or a visit in our office in Duarte, CA.
