Bringing yoga to people of all ages and abilities is the passion behind the creation of Santosha Yoga. The name, Santosha, is Sanskrit for contentment. Dina Lang and Katy Nadal are longtime friends who share a love for the practice of yoga. Katy and Dina believe that through yoga each person can discover their true self and find santosha!
