Each of our 260 recently upgraded rooms are comfortably furnished and warmly decorated, inspired by the beauty of our natural surroundings. Most rooms feature balconies or patios, allowing you to enjoy the area's best sunset with a glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate. And the Beach Retreat is a pet-friendly hotel, with certain rooms set aside for pets, so there's no need to leave your four-legged family member at home. The Beach Retreat & Lodge at Tahoe offers the following standard room amenities: Mini Fridge Gas fireplace iPod radio/alarm clock Coffeemaker Hair dryer Movies and games on demand In-room air conditioner Iron and ironing board Check-in 4 p.m./check-out 11 a.m. Pet-friendly rooms - please note that pets are only allowed on our first floor of standard rooms. There is a $30 fee per night for up to two pets and our suites and lake-view and beachfront rooms are not available for your pets.
