About The Parish is a Southern-fusion gastropub. It draws its inspiration from Louisiana, Texas, Arizona comfort, cuisine, hospitality and community. Story The Parish’s fare and namesake are inspired by the culinary influences of its three owners – Steve Dunn, Travis Peters and Bryce Zeagler – that span from Louisiana to Texas to Arizona. The menu is a tour of Southern goodness - from authentic gumbo and Gulf oysters to BBQ Adobo pork and shrimp & grits. Drink selections include a variety of beers, signature cocktails and housemade infusions such as cucumber gin and vanilla bourbon. Happy hour drink specials are offered 3-6 p.m. daily as well as a new late night happy hour Friday and Saturday from 9pm to close. We are very strongly committed to supporting the arts and features paintings by local artists as well as live music from some of Tucson's best bands, artists, and DJs. We also hold very special events ranging from our annual Mardi gras celebration and St. Patricks day to art and charity events.
