Story Source One was established in 1992, and our facilities have been CARF-accredited since 1998. We are one of only a few physical therapy and rehabilitation facilities in Texas to hold this prestigious accreditation. CARF stands for Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Being CARF-accredited is reflection of our commitment to improving the quality of our services and demonstrating their effectiveness, meeting internationally recognized program standards, and enhancing patient care. Special programs are available for return-to-work and return-to-play, brain injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Source One has two locations (North Plano and Ft. Worth) and Village Physical Therapy is located in Legacy Medical Village (West Plano). You will receive excellent care and personalized service at any of our locations.
