About We provide not only teaching in Self-Defense; but also Discipline, Focus, Strength, Respect, Sports Performance, Anti-Bullying, Taekwondo and most importantly FUN!! The Goal of our school is to train students to the BEST of their ability. Story We are taking the North County Area by STORM!!! We run our school by the motto: GOOD PAIN!! which is how we describe muscular growth.
