About We offer many hair related services including haircuts, color, highlights, lowlights, perms and straightening, Waxing, and Cond. Treatments Story Hair Madness is located directly behind Napa Auto Parts off of Mahoning Ave. (St. Rt. 45). Hair Stylists, Deanna Clark , Lacy Davis and GiGi Truchan are available thru the week to service you with all your hair care needs. Hair Madness is a place for the whole family to get their haircut. Along with haircuts, they offer color, highlights, low lights, perms, conditioning treatments, facial waxing, and special occasion hairstyles. In the future, Hair Madness will be adding Manicures, Shellac Manicures(gel polish), and Pedicures for those of you who wish to have these services.
