About Pizza & Pub Story With over 30yrs of experience owning multiple restaurant in Ct and RI, Demetrios Pasiakos a resident of Brooklyn Ct felt that something was missing in his town and surrounding towns. A place to get all of America's favorite foods at a reasonable price. Sick of the "typical" pizza place, his idea was to come out of retirement and open a restaurant with superior quality, fresh ingredients, the right variety and a great atmosphere at a affordable price.
