About The mission of Collegedale Public Library is to enrich lives and build community by providing a welcoming place to read, know, learn and grow. Story Collegedale City Residents are eligible for a free library card. Non city residents may purchase an individual card for $60.00/year or a family card for $85.00/year. LIBRARY PROGRAMS ARE OPEN TO BOTH CARDHOLDERS AND NON CARD HOLDERS.
