About The Friends of High School Park is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to restoring and managing the native ecosystem of High School Park for the enjoyment of the community in cooperation with Cheltenham Township. Story 11.5 acre township park purchased with Open Space funds in 1995. We have a meadow, a creek, a shaded woodland and a beautiful meadow edge to visit. We have just restored a 2.5 acre meadow and the edge surrounding it. This passive recreation park is maintained by volunteer effort.
