About Open 24/7 Story FAQ: Can I use my Wildcat card at the University BP? A: You can not use your NMU Cat Cash to make a purchase at the store since we are not campus owned. However, if your Wildcat card is connected to a Wells Fargo bank account and you have a PIN number, you can use it as a debit card to make purchases within the store. Q: Why isn't my credit/debit/gift card working when I try and pay at the pump? A: As a new precautionary measure, our pumps will ask for your BILLING zip code (that is, the zip code of whichever city you bank in with that particular card), followed by pressing the "enter" button. Many customers make the mistake of pushing the "yes" button and the pump will instruct you to come inside to see the attendant. For gift cards, you will almost always have to pay inside. In a few cases the '49855' zip code will allow you to pay at the pump, but if not, stop inside and greet your friendly cashier and we will set up a pre-pay for you and get you on your way!
