Story SuperSlow Zone® Is: • For building Strong Bone Density through our new program & Strong Lean Muscle! • The original and accredited slow-motion, personal strength training workout. • By appointment only. • Maximum health & fitness results in minimum time exercising in what you have on for the day; changing into exercise clothes is optional. • An approximate 20 minute workout performed 1 to 2 times a week with a Certified SuperSlow Zone Instructor. • 1 on 1 personal strength training using state-of-art strength training equipment. • Not a gym, but a distraction-free climate controlled exercise studio.
