Story Cava Wine Bar & Restaurant with its authentic Italian cuisine was opened by the Siguenza family in 2004. Brothers Vicente & Kleber teamed up with their sister, and Executive Chef, Nube. The siblings are dedicated to providing only the best quality regionally sourced foods like grass-fed beef from Slope Farms in Upstate New York and herbs and greens from urban rooftop producer Sky Vegetables Farm all expertly prepared. Our substantial wine selection has been a culmination of knowledge accumulated from over 20 years in the fine dining culture.
