Mission First Presbyterian Church of Cartersville is known in the community for its many outreach programs that address human need. Such outreach ministries include The First Presbyterian Church Preschool and the Hands of Christ After School Program, the Friendship Table (a free meal to anyone who comes on Tuesday evenings), and support for a variety of local charitable organizations such at the Good Neighbor Shelter and the Bartow Community Resource Center.
