Story Vandy’s Grille, a new restaurant and bar in Waconia, MN, will be opening early December, 2016 in the restaurant space at Island View Golf Club. Vandy's Grille will be open to the public and will seat approximately 120 people. The menu will feature scratch cooking from smoked meats to other favorites that include a variety of sandwiches, burgers, seafood, and steaks. Vandy's Grille will also have a full service bar including specialty drinks and cocktails, local wines, and over a dozen beers on tap. Vandy's Grille will also have a banquet facility that will accommodate nearly 200 people. The banquet facility can be reserved for your special events including wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, graduation parties and corporate events.
