Ralph Capotorto`s love of pizza and Italian food began over 40 years ago. Ralph’s father immigrated to the United States from Italy and opened one of the first pizza restaurants, The Apizza Center, in Fairfield, CT. As a teenager Ralph began his journey crafting pizza alongside his father where he learned that using only the finest and freshest ingredients is the to success. That’s why we believe it’s better here!
