About "Where Talent Develops and Creativity Thrives!" Music lessons for all ages and levels, jazz and classical ensembles, fencing, summer programs and more! Story Founded by Executive Director Theodore K. Schlosberg in 1972, NJWA has been dedicated to helping children, adults and senior citizens explore and participate in the arts throughout the year with instruction and performing ensembles. The faculty is composed of professional artists, musicians and educators who nurture the talents of each student.
