In addition to the main campus, we offer a 24 hour emergency center in the heart of Flower Mound. Flower Mound Emergency Center (FMEC) is a direct extension of the hospital that provides you with the same capabilities you would see in the emergency center within the hospital. Built in 1976, Medical City Lewisville has grown into a full-service medical and surgical facility offering 24-hour emergency services. Excellent customer service and patient safety are our top priorities. Our supportive environment, advanced technologies, and innovative patient care allow our physicians and healthcare associates to treat our patients with the highest quality health care in a comfortable and compassionate setting. Opened in 2015, our new Emergency Department includes the first and only Pediatric ER in Denton County and features a separate entrance, waiting room and six designated exam rooms not utilized by the adult ER. The staff includes pediatric-trained emergency physicians and nurses, and child life specialist support.
