About Official Facebook Page of the Calhoun County Library. Story The Calhoun County Library opened in its new St. Matthews location in June 2010. As an SCLENDS member library, patrons have access to over 2.6 million books, DVDs, audiobooks and other items through the SCLENDS consortium. The library is adjacent to the Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College QuickJobs Training Center and Calhoun County Courthouse building. We welcome comments and ask each user to be courteous. Users are responsible for the content of their postings.
