About The S.A.I.L. Program or Student Achievement in Leadership, is designed to develop leadership in individual students by engaging them on and off campus. Mission This leadership series at Normandale Community College promotes student learning and development through experiences surrounding lifelong learning, leadership roles and responsibilities, full participation in our diverse community, and educational experiences which will be applied in students' future educational goals and career paths. The program will allow students to develop and enhance their own personal philosophy of leadership in a variety of ways, through growing their own understanding of themselves, others, and a global environment. Collaboration among Normandale constituents and community organizations will enrich the leadership program. Participation will be recognized and celebrated!
