About Affordable Health Care for all walks of life! Offers medical, dental, behavioral health & pharmacy services to East Central OK. Story Locations in Wetumka, Henryetta and Wewoka! ECOFHC is not a free clinic, but we are affordable. Medical and behavioral health office visit can be as low as $20.00 if qualified for Sliding Fee Discount. The minimum fee for dental services is $30.00, if qualified for Sliding Fee Discount. Visit charges are determined by the level of care for each patient. Each additional service may have additional charges. As a 330 grantee, we are expected to charge the standard rate for our area for all services. For ECOFHC to continue to exist and stay open, everyone must pay for the services they receive. Please help us continue to meet the needs of this community. If you do not have insurance, Medicare or Medicaid please apply for our Sliding Fee Scale Discount. ECOFHC accepts all patients regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, familial relationships, or payment source.
