About The Arc of Union County (NJ), Inc. is a non-profit, non-sectarian 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, and to assist and support their families. Mission The mission of The Arc of Union County is to empower and support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
