Bodies Defined fitness studio offers personal training in a warm, inviting and private setting. We will be working to ensure that you’re catered to, comfortable and on track to reaching your individual goals. We keep our pricing extremely reasonable - so that we can help see you through those long term health and fitness goals. Personal Training - We offer a wide variety of packages to suit your individual needs. 1- hour session and ½-hour sessions available. Not sure that you can afford one-on-one personal training? Invite a friend to share your session! Small Group Training - Bodies Defined offers small group training for groups of 3 or more. Please call us for pricing and scheduling information!
