About The Islamic Center is committed to provide the following services: 1-Religious services encompassing all aspects of Islam. 2-Educational services to its members of all ages about religious rules, culture, and heritage. Story The Stroudsburg Islamic Center was founded on July 1st, 1998. It was built and continues to maintain itself through the kindness of our brothers and sisters in the community. The Center was built for many reasons: Firstly it provides all Muslims in the area and passerbys, a place to congregate for prayer. Secondly, the center hopes to provide a haven for all religious services encompassing Islam. Finally, through Sunday school and many other events we hope to provide educational services to members of all ages Any suggestions for content to be discussed on the page are greatly appreciated.
