Story CentraState Healthcare System is comprised of an acute-care medical center licensed for 284 beds; three senior living facilities, Applewood Estates, Monmouth Crossing and The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center; the Family Medicine Center, and CentraState Healthcare Foundation.
