Story The Herndon Company was founded in 1953 by Mr. Arthur Herndon , Jr. who served the Company proudly until his death at age 89. His son James Lee Herndon is now the President of this multifaceted company. We are a full service real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, property management, farms and land in the Valdosta and South Georgia area. Our Company has 8 people on staff with 24 Sales Associates. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Valdosta Board of Realtors, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Employees Relocation Council, Valdosta Multiple Listing Service, Valdosta Chamber of Commerce and the Valdosta-Lowndes County Property Managers Association.
