About We are a rural based acute hospital with 37-beds, we also have two clinics and an inpatient rehab unit located in the heart of downtown Columbia, LA Story The Caldwell Memorial establishment provides an in house clinic and a 37-bed acute care center, attached to the back of our facility we have a 10-bed rehabilitation center. Across the breezeway we have the Winter's Clinic. We also have two other locations in Chatham and Wisner. *We accept patients regardless of their ability to pay.* Caldwell Memorial Hospital/Clinics provides the following services: Medical Doctors Check-ups Women's Health (pap & clinical breast exam) Child Care / Kid Med Radiology with in house CT Ability to schedule MRI, Echo, Modified Barium Swallowing test Respiratory and EKG Lab Services Wound Care & Nail Care Catheter Changes Knee, shoulder, and trigger point injections Diabetes Management Medicaid Registration Indigent Med Program Caldwell Memorial Rehab provides the following services: Medical Doctors Physial Therapy Occupational Therapy Speech Therapy Social Work Registered Rehabilitation Nurses Wound management Patient Education Medicaid Registration Van Transportation Not in the area?
