About Road, MTB, Cross, Hybrid, Tri, Fitness ... we're passionate about all types of cycling! Our mission is more people, on more bikes, more often. We've got the gear, know-how and passion to help you get out there and find a new love in cycling. Story 40+ YEARS STRONG...... As of 2016, Newington Bicycle Shop will have served Newington and the surrounding communities for over 40 years. And we're still going strong. Many of our customers remember buying their first bikes from our shop - and from some of our employees. The shop isn't just a community landmark, it is also a wealth of experience and information. Put together the shop staff has thousands upon thousands of miles of cycling experience. When you walk into our shop you will talk to a roadie, a mountain biker, a commuter, a triathlete - or all of the above. We're in this business because we're passionate about riding and our own diverse experiences in cycling mean that we can help find the perfect bike for you! We're actively trying to promote Women's Cycling and were excited to introduce our Women's Cycling Initiative in 2016. After a successful inaugural year with women's specific rides, events and clinics we look forward to continuing our women's program in 2017!
