About Tim Payne Painting is a Commercial and Residential Painting and pressure washing company serving the Southeast, United States Story Tim Payne Painting started back in 1992 as a mainly residential painting service, with customers in the Chattanooga area. What used to be a handful-sized crew has now grown into a successful, more commercially focused company, traveling all around the South Eastern United States with staffing into the dozens. What is special about us? We have never missed a deadline. All projects are thoroughly discussed each morning and understood by workers on the job. We have OSHA training, require drug tests and background checks on all employees, and E-Verify all employees. While producing quality results, promoting a safe, efficient work environment is high priority. Operations are managed mostly by family members, and those that aren't family, are treated as such.
