About Established in 1971 as mail-order specialists on Africa and African-Americana. Story The firm soon expanded to specialize generally on the non-Western world and continues to do so. The firm also purchases antiquarian and rare books and libraries in all fields. Our second floor shop contains about 15,000 volumes and is open by appointment or chance. Established 1970. We have been a member of the Antiquarian Bookseller Association of America for over 30 years. While there is a heavy emphasis in our stock on Africa, African Americana, Asia and the Middle East we also handle antiquarian books on a wide variety of other subjects.
