For those just starting out or for the experienced artist, OPAL is a place to share your enthusiasm for art and art making. OPAL is a home away from home where art classes, exhibits, potlucks and receptions have become a proud tradition and are just a few ways to get involved. We welcome you to join our family and have a place to call your own. Mission At OPAL we believe in the freedom of expression and the importance of the creative voice. Since 1921 we have sustained an environment to develop, nurture and exhibit the work of local artists, past and present. Our mission is to provide access to the disciplines and development processes so that artists of all ages, from amateur to hobbyist, enthusiast to professional may refine their unique creative voice in our studios and galleries.
