About The Detroit Public Health STD clinic offers HIV testing and STD testing and treatment. We help everyone regardless of their ability to pay! Story At the Detroit Public Health STD Clinic, we offer the following services to all individuals ages 13 and older regardless of their ability to pay: -STD testing and treatment for patients and their partners -STD screenings for anyone concerned about exposure -Rapid on-site HIV testing and counseling -HIV prevention for youth, including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis or PrEP, a daily oral prevention medication -Immediate linkage with the WSU HIV treatment program -A financial counselor onsite who can help uninsured individuals apply for insurance -HIV prevention for adults, including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, or PrEP, a daily oral prevention medication
