About Plumbing Apprenticeship in Oregon (Area II) Story Our committee, comprised solely of volunteer journeymen, is dedicated to the Success and Oversight of Area II Plumbing Apprentices. We offer the opportunity for focused individuals to train in the classroom and on-the-job. Mission Through the discipline and effort required of our Apprentices, we aim to develop that edge of excellence that enables them to, not only pass Oregon's plumbing journeyman exam, but to become masterful members of an incredibly specialized group of men and women that provide a service needed by every household, every landlord, every homeowner, and every business in the United States of America.
